Thanks for taking time &amp; caring for SC .
 I'm having issues with HOA along with all in north pointe little River, sc.
We pay and get over fined threaten take our only home. We like road be converted back to county because HOA not maintaining. We need as tax paying homeowners need peace, health, Liberty , justice &amp; pursuit of happiness.
We have no side walks, bad roads for years. Cannot improve value of our home nor keep us safe as claims. If you drive thru here you seen roads what makes us look bad &amp; unsafe. Not fair to have imposed on us and we tried get relief and praying believing God get us help. We pay county, state , storm drainage &amp; Hoa to do roads 4 sources and HOA not doing duties paid to do for years. If removed we could improve own home value by adding onto or building. Please help,
