We have on our agenda later in the program Will Sagar from the Southeast Recycling Development Council and Cheryl Coleman from EPA to talk about the next steps after the Summit. We also have Patrick Brownson from DHEC to provide details of South Carolina's food waste regulatory process. We're looking for a high-level speaker in either the Governor's or DHEC director's office to provide a South Carolina policy perspective about the future of food scrap regulations in your state.
