I am writing to inform our Governor and all involved in allowing Uber to operate in South Carolina that because of the lack of regulations we now have situation where people are signing up to drive for Uber and then they give customers their personal phone numbers which in essence makes them illegal gypsy cabs.This is hurting the companies that are operating legally. Something must be done because the companies that follow the laws of South Carolina are watching to see what the state do to stop this. I can tell you that unless South Carolina curbs this situation legal companies are gonna stop complying.It hurts to play fair and watch the State turn a blind eye to companies defrauding our Great State
