I hope this news is accurate. I wholeheartedly support this action. I am a white citizen of SC who counts several ancestors among the young Confederate soldiers who gave their lives for the Southern Cause. That was then. This is now. It is time to let history take care of what happened 150 years ago and it is time for South Carolina to heal. The tragedy in Charleston has touched us all. Remove the flag.
