COLUMBIA, S.C. - An employee at the Division of Motor Vehicles in Beaufort County has been arrested after State Law Enforcement Division authorities say she issued a false license.

Lizzie White Doe, 42, of Hilton Head Island, has been charged with alteration of a license. A SLED affidavit says Doe entered false information on a driver's license and then issued it to Cynthia Soruco, who was not entitled to receive the license.

Last week, two Beaufort County DMV workers - 33-year-old Paula Wilson Reynolds and 35-year-old Teresa Lynn Harris - were arrested and charged with a count each of falsification of a license.
