Conceptually: When a hospitality employee is officially hired at a Hospitality Business in the NSB area, after two weeks of successful employment with an NSB related hospitality employer, the employee may attain a NSB Hospitality Employee Affinity Card to represent their official affiliation to the NSB Hospitality Industry and Community. Options to be considered by Hospitality Employers and Hospitality Employees. Option 1. Hospitality Employee may receive a free meal at any restaurant in the NSB area per day, based upon special Hospitality Employee menus. Option 2. Hospitality Employee may receive a significantly discounted price on any meal on the menu at local NSB Restaurants and-or food-refreshments related establishments. Option 3. NSB area restaurants and-or food-refreshments related establishments may create their own special programs in participation with the NSB Hospitality Employee Affinity Program. Option 4. A private "behind the scenes" buffet style restaurant established to enable NSB Hospitality Employees to eat three meals per day at the private buffet style restaurant, thus especially designated for NSB Hospitality Industry Employees and at no charge to NSB Hospitality Industry Employees i.e. all NSB Hospitality Industry Employees eat free. In addition to nutritional related aspects, the NSB Hospitality Employee Affinity program has the potential to be expanded to offer numerous other services i.e. health insurance, other insurance options, financial services through reputable financial institutions as well as numerous types of discount programs, and specials from local business in the NSB area, thus especially for NSB Hospitality Employees. The focus of this program is to bring into focus factors associated to luxury means accountability and associated economics means imbalances. There are numerous situations wherewith employees are hired into hospitality industry jobs, thus in service to wealthy persons and-or multi-millionaires. However, the employee in service to wealthy persons and-or multi-millionaires are without adequate nutritional resources, and are relying upon "free food pantries" to serve the Hospitality Employee's nutritional requirements while in service to the "Filet Mignon" luxury preferences of wealthy persons and-or multi-millionaires.
