Rental assistance through FEMA. My husband and I followed and completed all the requirements for this service. In our file are many duplications of requested items. It is very frustrating what they are taking us through. The landlords and the establishment that we used , can't believe how many times . They are receiving calls being asked the same questions in a different way and how many times they are faxing for us the same documents. This is crazy. We can't afford paying our mortgage and a rental too. This  been going on too long and need to stop . If you see our file, you will say wow what else do they need. Enough is enough! Thank you very much
