Governor Sanford Visits Surfside Beach

The Governor spoke at a small business as part of his "tort tour" across the state. Governor Sanford urged several South Carolina lawmakers to move forward on business lawsuit reforms. Sanford says such legislation is one of the most effective ways to stimulate economic growth in the Palmetto State.

South Carolina is one of only 12 states that does not have business lawsuit laws.
