The Honorable Governor Haley:

We are currently working within your state on a project that will allow us to process 100% of the Municipal Solid Waste that goes into a landfill. My counter part Mr. Otis Neals works with me and lives in the Columbia area. We desperately need the support of the State of South Carolina for us to obtain the permitting and etc. that will be needed.
We would like to come and make a formal presentation to your office and other agencies that will be be a significant part of making this a success. There is talks of also locating a manufacturing plant that will employ upwards of 1,000 people. I would like to have a email address where I can send a detailed brochure (Powerpoint)for your review. I will call your office and try to get that. I will also be distributing this brochure to other agencies in the State.
