Anderson Metals To Build New Plant
GREENWOOD, S.C. -- A familiar name in Greenwood is going to expand its presence there.Anderson Metals says it will spend $5 million for a new plant in Greenwood County.The Defiance Metals plant is expected to employ 184 people. Anderson Metals bought Defiance Metals in September and an existing plant in Greenwood employs more than 150 people.
Defiance Metals is a stamping and coating service provider for the automotive industry.
