I lost my home and everything l own in the flood in october.lm sure lm not alone, but l have been treated with nothing but a total lack of concern from all of the financial and governmental people that l ve delt with in referance to the flood.l received almost no assistance from fema,and denied a loan to rebuild immediately. I've had to FIGHT with Chase mortgage in refrence to paying off my loan and have already filed a complaint with no results.l am still fighting to get paid by my insurance company and am appaulled but their lack of concern and the attitudes with which lm treated. I don't know who else to try and contact to get help resolving these problems , after this experience,l believe that some sort of over site needs to be available to keep victims of disasters from being further victimized by companies that We give our money to and keep in business, and are supposed to be set up to help us as customers and citizens. I'm asking for any assistance that you could offer in helping me resolve these issues that should never have become a problem to begin with.lm greatful for any advice you could offer me.
