However, is there no way to get these menaces to society off the road? I know Mopeds are big business in SC and I am sure you are getting your share. All I am asking for is the DUI (Thinking they are Evil Kneivel on a Harley) get off the road and the legitimate college student or whomever pay their fair share of tags and taxes and insurance and quit getting a free ride at tax payer expense. Is that too much to ask for? YES, they should be limited to daylight use only because most of them don't use lights or are non-existent. If they want to ride a bicycle, by all means I am all for it. IF they want to drive a motor vehicle (MOPED), then follow the rules like every other legitimate driver in the state! Is that too much to ask for?
