O. Box 243 1257 Loblolly Drive Manning SC 29102 hkgibson@aol.com 8034101933 8034101933 EMER Help with the flood 64.134.156.95 Governor Haley, Hope this note finds you well. United Farmers USA and the farmers, ranchers, and the forest landowners are presently trying to assess the damage thus far in the 6th and 7th districts as well as other districts in the state of South Carolina; however, we are going to need some assistance. We are being bombarded with calls asking if United Farmers USA will be able to assist them. We are getting commitments from farmers, ranchers, veterans, churches and community organizations who have worked with us in the past and still work with us now to be ready to help those needing more assistance. We are also working closely with South Carolina State Director of NRCS to help assess situation in the very rural areas. This makes for two disasters the drought and now the flood. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated for the socially disadvantaged farmers, ranchers and forest landowners who have lost corn, peanuts and livestock's that we have not been able to assess yet. Thanks for your continued support of South Carolina's Farm Community. Sincerely, Hezekiah Gibson President/Project Manager 803-410-2055
