I am writing concerning the very SLOW DINOSAUR this state has when it comes to a VERY IMPORTANT subject...child support.
I am wanting to know why in the world it is taking me almost a month to get one check.  For instance..there was a date of November 13th when a child support payment is due out of his check...and today is the 28th and I still have not received it yet and another payment just came due on yesterday the 27th.  This has been occurring regularly and last time before now, it was at 22 days before i received a check and someone will have to explain to me in detail how that is reasonable. 
 I went to the courthouse in Conway twice to see what the problem is, and both time I received no legitimate answer from Rhonda Mcdowell, who could care less that my daughter is not receiving her money on time.  Money for my daughter's birthday--WAY LATE!  MONEY FOR MY DAUGHTER'S THANKSGIVING LATE....STILL NOT HERE. 
I asked Mcdowell if there was anything I could do to speed this slow process up and she just dismissed me like it wasn't  a problem.  I guess it isn't a problem for her sitting there chit chatting and laughing with her check in the bank I'm sure.

How in the world could I possibly plan anything with my daughter's check just floating around SC with no particular time I can gauge to recieve it.  I plan to really make a stink about this because it is beyond ridiculous that this takes so long for a father who already spends no time with the child, now the money is not ever predictable.  I plan to contact the newspapers, news on television, and whomever else I need to--to get a result.  
children have to wait on their support money...no good.
I don't understand why this system isnt automated like the other parts with a card even to load the payments on which would save time and money, but as I was told that is something that had been talked about for over 10 years...well it's time for action.  I have had it with this unpredictable system and someone needs to address this real soon with me.

Kennedy Hensley a teenager girl who can't get things she needs without me borrowing or begging someone else to help because her money is never on time..it is beyond ridiculous.  so what are you gonna do about it??
