I have to believe that the Governor made a huge miscalculation on this idea. What DSS needs is supervisors that supervise and employees the perform their tasks assigned. What in the world they need a smart phone for? so they can be distracted by it and not do their tasks? Please Governor Haley think this thru carefully. You do not need a smart phone to make a simple phone call. We want You to win this election, we need Your leadership so please, please reconsider this idea of "no smart phones" therefore a huge savings to the taxpayers of SC. As I see it, our state employees already have internet access on their desktops. Sincerely, Wally Zaleski West Columbia, SC
