A good speech today but Ms. Haley used the word 'amazing' twice. Once is enough for this overused and not-very-descriptive adjective. How about formidable, fabulous, incredible, strong, etc? Other quibble is a reference to the pastor at the Emmanuel Baptist Church. She said he was a leading (am paraphrasing) minister in the black community. How about 'leading minister in the community'? Really, wasn't that what he was? and leave out the race part. Thanks Leslie Kingsley
