This appeal references a disabled senior citizen whose home was damaged structurally, as well as being filled with black mold &amp mildew.  My client has COPD and cannot enter her home because of it.  FEMA has refused her aid.  She is in poor health and cannot go home.  She has no resources and no help.  I am mailing Gov. Hailey a copy of the packet I'm mailing to FEMA.  Please review this information and let us know if there is any help available to her.  Her situation is desperate, as she only has two children: a son with a back disability, and a daughter disabled by lupus.
