Dear Governor Haley,

I am proud to inform you that Jackson Armstrong, who has been a member of Troop 518 for the past 4 years, has recently achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, Scouting's highest rank.   Jackson's Eagle Service Project was building a stone fire ring and gathering area at the local Mount Pleasant Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

The date of his Board of Review, and therefore the official date of his Eagle Scout Rank, was February 4, 2015.

On Sunday March 15th we will be conducting his Eagle Court of Honor. It is scheduled to start at 7pm at the Mount Pleasant Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 2115 U.S. 17, Mount Pleasant, SC 29466.  

As you may too busy to attend, I am sure that Jackson would be proud to receive a letter of congratulations from you. We will see that it presented to Jackson as a permanent reminder of the importance of his achievement.
