My name is Daphene Bacchus I'm from Marion SC, I was denied fema assistance on my home. Which I don't understand why my home is covered in black mold from the flood I was also denied for rental assistance but which I don't understand why. I'm living from pay check to pay check and for the government not to help therefore I cannot rely on SC now I will have take a step higher to President  Obama.. I would like to hear from someone in this office explaining why I'm not get help.
