My name is April Nicole Lee and I am a resident of this great state of South Carolina. I am an active member of my community as well as a current veteran. However, my ten plus year military career has just been jeopardized. In March of 2014, while driving home I was rear ended by an underaged driver that was on a cellular device, and that collision left my son and I trapped between two vehicles. Thank the good Lord that he only sustained minor injuries, but as for myself I have undergone surgery, multiple chiropractic visits, physical therapy and injection therapy all to little or no avail. I am a soldier so it is not in my nature to quit fighting. The military is trying to deal me unfit for duty at this time because of a permanent profile I've had to get due to someone else's negligence. I have always been professional in both my military and civilian career paths so it deeply saddens me that after each mission I've successfully completed, and an injury free deployment to come home and get seriously injured. Nothing would please me more than to stay in the army reserves, one because I love my job and two my drill checks pay for my Tricare benefits. Any help or further guidance in this most urgent matter will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time, and may God continue to bless your term. 24.49.197.22
