Obviously not, do you know if they are going to help other than telling me to call SC emergency management for which tells us to call FEMA. The man asked me what the problem was and I said a tree down on my house part way in. He told me it would have to be a SC problem because the papers have not been signed. I don't understand Florida and NC gets help but if your in the middle it doesn't count? So after spinning in circles I tried to call your office and I get a recording which just tells me to go to a web site. I just want to know if you think FEMA will help, or did I waist a lot of time applying for nothing. I know it is not you, you done a remarkable job handling this storm as you did the flood last year. It makes me proud to live in SC. I would appreciate any directions I can go other than wait and Obama may or may not sign? Thank you Ronda
