<WFUD_Request>I have info of people who buy + steal American citizens ID and use them to work mainly on power plants partially paid by us government, this short time jobs are perfect to avoid detection so they travel from jobs sites and relocate on the next project. They also get electrician license, when some of them get positions of journey men or supervisor they can pick whom get a job and most of the time they get family and friends, help them cheat to get electrician license when most of them don't speak English.
     I-9 should be done with finger print to find out if people are whom they said they are, power construction co should be doing better job making sure people that get hire are not impostors it could be a security matter specially if they take government money.
