COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - A measure that
allows mothers to breast-feed their children in public without the fear
of being ordered out of sight is on its way to the Senate floor.
The Senate Judiciary Committee passed out the measure Tuesday that
allows women to breast-feed anywhere they have the right to be and
exempts breast-feeding from indecent exposure laws.
The House approved the bill last month. It now goes to the full
Senate for debate.
