Subject: 4th Quarter CY 2013 CRCS Reports

Deirdra,

Please find enclosed the CRCS reports for the quarter ending December 31, 2013. The reports include the full 12 months of incurred data for CY 2013. The letter and respective enclosures should be distributed to each health plan. Please note that we have not included a CRCS report for Wellcare as they did not have submitted encounter data beyond September 30, 2013 at the time we performed our analysis.

I have also attached a copy of the file layouts in the source files letter. The data CDs containing the detailed encounters which underlie the CRCS reports was sent via overnight for delivery today. The files included on the CDs are password protected (“0032SCM89” to open all files). A printed copy of the source files letter was included with the CDs.
