Zickefoose 19156 Polk Street Omaha NE 68135 sajoryda1@yahoo.com 402-657-9432 GOVE Constitution 174.71.36.24 The Honorable December 3, 2016 Governor Haley I am writing to express great concern that the Federal Government is out of control, and must be bound down with the chains of the Constitution. We need to press for repeal to Abortion, Obamacare and Gay Marriage. None of these issues are delineated in the Constitution as a power assigned to the Executive Branch, the Congress or the Judiciary, ergo they are assigned to the respective states by the 10th Amendment. The Court has abused its power by even hearing the cases. The decision of the Court deprives the citizens of the respective states of their right to vote their conscience on the issues. The decision represents the conscience of 6 unconscionable attorneys in black robes. We, also, need 3 new Amendments to the Constitution. Amendment XXVIII, a balanced budget amendment; Amendment XXVIIII, an amendment establishing term limits, 2 four-year terms, for all members of Congress, and all members of the Judiciary, including the Supreme Court; and that terminate the life time of unearned Cadillac benefits paid for by the middle class taxpayer at the end of their terms in office; Amendment XXX, an amendment restricting Presidential Executive Orders by requiring 2/3's majority vote by members of the House of Representatives and the Senate, and that eliminates Executive Clemency. Thomas Jefferson said, "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." And he said, "Rebellion to tyranny is obedience to God." We must avoid violence, and this may be the only option to do so. Sincerely, D. C. Zickefoose
