4701. PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY ASSESSMENT TAX:
To receive the assessments levied by the Comptroller General's Office against the various Public Service Companies in the State. Received from the various County Treasurers.

4702. JUVENILE DETENTION FEE:
Fee charged to county governmental bodies that enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the Department of Juvenile Justice for the detention of juveniles from their particular county. Section 20-7-3230, 1976 Code as amended.

4705. DUI CHEMICAL TEST FEE:
Fee charged for administering the DUI Chemical Test on persons convicted of violations of Section 56-5-2930 or 56-5-2945. Section 56-5-2950, 1976 Code of Laws

4710. PUBLIC SAFETY INVESTIGATION COST RECOVERY:
Reimbursement of expenditures incurred by the State Troopers while inspecting used car dealers for vehicle odometer tampering.

4715. PUBLIC SAFETY SUPPORT SERVICES:
Reimbursement of expenditures incurred by the State Troopers while providing security at special events.

4716. COMMERCIAL MOBILE RADIO SERVICE 911 SURCHARGE:
Surcharge on each Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS), connection established by the CMRS Emergency Telephone Services Advisory Committee and collected by the Department of Revenue.

4717. DNA PROCESSING FEE:
A person who is required to provide a DNA sample must pay a processing fee to offset the expenses incurred to operate the State DNA Database Program. Proviso 72.60, 2002 Appropriation Act.

4718. CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK FEE:
Fee charged by the Federal Bureau of Investigation for conducting criminal background checks of direct caregivers employed or being considered for employment in a direct care entity. Section 44-7-2920, 1976 Code.
