I have to say the people at Chester County Sheriff's detention center treats the inmates like they are animals actually treats a animal better ,I went through a road blocked I was arrested for dus-non-dui (1st offence)  at 6:30 pm  and was release 24 hours later 7:30 pm.Was told judge was coming the following morning around 8am she did but didn't see but 3 people an left. The women in the cell was put on the bottom of the list to the judge because one woman was acting up. An CO came an threaten saying " I can make it where you see the judge in the morning or afternoon" so guess what we got to see the judge after 5pm   over one person acting out nothing to do with the rest of the women in the cell. So  I guess they get to punish everyone over one person,   They don't give you nothing to lay on, cover up with no soap , paper towels or toilet paper an when ask for the toilet paper it takes over 2 hours and then gets throw on the floor not even a 1/4 on the roll for 5 women.When pushed the button after the one girl acts out to talk to someone no one would answer us or even acknowledge that we were there, They were 2 nice gentlemen over all the other people working,  I acknowledge an know I was totally in the wrong an guilty for my actions but we as Americans shouldn't be treated like we are a POS . They are so raciest me being white was told not to speak to anyone but when I ask the other ladies in the cell they said that was wrong that the CO's talked to them joked around an laughed with them ,they ( the women in the cell with me) even said that the  CO's were racist. We would ask about the judge an was told he's here. My family was told to be there around 12:30pm an sit there til 7:30 pm no one would tell them nothing. The judge finally came out and told them he was sorry if he had known  they were there an had been there for that length of time he would have got to us asap. They have cameras in the cell nothing wrong with it but they could see  us use the toilet and could see the one person acting out.  I just don't understand how  Chester County can treat people like they are worthless pos.
