Box 3885 Anderson SC 29621 N/A N/A N/A LETT Housing Discrimination Citation & Request 66.168.124.217 To: Governor Nikki Haley via Constituent Services Re: Housing Discrimination Request: Belton Woods; Anderson, SC Madam Governor: My continuing estate discrimination as experienced in Anderson, SC continues to date. My request for your support is that you will facilitate redress in the estate of my having entered application to Belton Woods in application for a four-bed unit as applicable to my family's need. Yet, in 2015 in the experience of judicial collateral seizure of my inherited real property, my application to Belton Woods was denied unwarranted. My family status, two sons and a daughter previously dwelling together in unity, is disrupted. Yet, my previous appeal to federal Sen. Tim Scott was addressed as, "not a federal matter" , despite his area of specialization in housing as the junior senator for our state. Once again, the matters of utmost urgency identify the sustainability of our minimum sufficient standard of care citing food, clothing and shelter. It is also my further request that you might facilitate my reapplication in the SC SNAP Program in view of my experience of the refusal of protective equipment in the workplace giving rise to my redress via OSHA and/or the EEOC for being wrongfully terminated. Therefore, as Belton Woods is a HUD subsidized housing community,I ask that you will redress the matter of my alleged discrimination on the premise of family status. I have entered a HUD Discrimination Complaint via online web-form. If you will, a request to redress the matter of my previous application for a four-bed unit would be most productive. Senator Scott's office ignored the federal jurisdiction applicable citing the federal Office of Housing & Urban Development. I can be contacted: 8434994328. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, Ms. Rosalyn Geer
