I believe that everyone deserves a chance in this wonderful country of ours, but we need to consider our present residents before accepting any more refugees.  My husband &amp I have worked hard (sometimes 2-3 jobs) for what we have to support us, but we are at a point where we cannot pay any more taxes in order to support refugees, welfare recipients, etc.  If South Carolina is going to accept more residents, why does your administration not eliminate property taxes &amp increase the state sales tax?  If passed, everyone would share the burden.
