My husband & I have worked hard (sometimes 2-3 jobs) for what we have to support us, but we are at a point where we cannot pay any more taxes in order to support refugees, welfare recipients, etc. If South Carolina is going to accept more residents, why does your administration not eliminate property taxes & increase the state sales tax? If passed, everyone would share the burden.
