I would like to talk to a representative for the handicapped and change a law in this state and hopefully the others. I do believe that at least 1 out of every 5 handicapped parking spots should be reserved for the cars with the permanent disabled decals that are on the license plates. The same symbol that is on the plate can be placed on at least 1 out of every 5 handicapped spots. This would enable the handicapped to park the closet to the doors and not the visitor with a just a small temporary wound. I have recently had to park along trees just to be somewhat close to a building. I carry a walker in my car that I had to load and unload in the dirt among those trees. Please contact me.
