You are receiving this message because I am being refused and disapproved the opportunity to install a solar panel system owned and operated by SUNRUN Inc.   This is as I see it, a matter of the first amendment of our great Constitution.
I am a USAF Vietnam Veteran and USAR reservist with 16 years of Military Service and multiple college degrees, this is a matter of "Freedom of Choice".    Veterans fought hard for these rights, and I will not be denied by a few in our HOA just because they do not like the way they look. 
These rights are further sanctified by the State of South Carolina which offers a sizeable 25% rebate for installing solar systems, and a federal rebate of 30%.  Installation of these solar panels will effectively cut my electric bill in half.
There is NO reference to solar panels in our covenants.
There is for Satellite Dishes (ARTICLE X Section 5.) - They should not be larger than 18" in diameter and in a location not visible from the street.   Many satellite dishes in our HOA are 36" x 22" diameter and are visible from the street.  This has NOT been enforced and in most cases the HOA was never even informed of their installation.  
I hope you can see my point in this matter, and I am looking for a backup in this matter.
