Dear Governor,

I am writing to ask your help in reigning in the illegal activites of this HOA in Sun City Carolina Lakes (Indian Land, SC). They illegally dictate what flag may and may not be flown here (flying flags is protected under the First Amendment of the Constitution) but they also have a number of other questionable practices such as levying liens on a house then foreclosing on it regardless of the position of the bank or lender. But what I am writing and complaining about is the abridgement of the right to vote. We have a vote for members iof the HOA but we are restricted to ONE vote per household rather than one vote per individual. This election must be deemed null and void until ALL residents may vote. Thank you.
