Thank you for representing our district. I know you put in a lot of time and hard work. I have an idea to run past you. What if SC passed and "sexual identity" law that basically said that you use the restroom according to what sex is shown on your drivers license or other government issued I.D.? In SC, we could have an online form that people could complete. This form would require enough information to determine if the applicant is a sexual predator. If the person's background is clear of such offenses, then they would receive a form they could take to the SCHD, or other agency, and get they sex changed on their I.D. I know there are a number of other ideas out there and this idea would take some thought but it would require a person to officially "identify", not just wander into any restroom of their choice. It doesn't discriminate it just requires a bit of work to change your sexual identity. The state could also recommend, where possible, that public places should have at least one "gender neutral" restroom. Many places, including our church has a "family" restroom because sometimes people of opposite sexes may need to assist one or the other. In any case, please keep up the good work. William E.
