Mrs. Haley, 

Although you sent a letter to John Kerry "requesting" a halt to Syrian refugees, we all know it's just a placebo since  you were called out on your support of the refugee resettlement program.  However, you didn't rescind your signature on it.  That means you didn't really mean what you sent in your letter to Mr. Kerry.  And why stop a Syria - there's many more areas prone to having terrorists sneak in by the false pretense of being a refugee.  Rescind the signature, otherwise it tells me you're ok with SC becoming like Belgium (Brussels bombings).  So far, you're putting your political interests ahead of the safety of SC residents and your Country.
