Governor Haley:

I have received a $246.00 penalty which includes a partial exemption for not having health insurance.  I pay cash out of pocket for my health care needs and cannot afford the governments mandated health insurance.  My health care costs out of pocket are less than the mandated health insurance.  I should NOT be penalized for taking care of myself.  I want something done about this.
