I'm originally from NC, and I evacuated to the mountains of NC when told to do so. I didn't see a lot of press conferences from the NC governor, but I did see a lot from Nicky and her team. My observations were that you and your staff were completely on top of the situation. The hurricane could have been much worse, but you taking the cautions that you did shows that you care for the people of SC. Let me end this by saying I am not a very political person, so my opinions are not based off of your party affiliation. Compassion such as yours hopefully will carry you to the White House one day.
