Dear Governor Haley: Please, please declare Berkeley County and all SC Counties impacted so we can get FEMA relief.  Our mom died Aug 16th and this storm left about 3+ feet of water in her yard, house, etc.  We have not only lost our mom but everything she loved and worked so hard for.  It's not fair - Charleston Co. has a lot of houses that are built up high but that disregards the people who equally deserve to receive FEMA assistance in other counties. 

I can send you photos if needed.  We are still in mourning and this is breaking our hearts, as mom didnt have flood insurance and we just started navigating the probate process.
