 Honorable Governor Haley;
   Thankfully 40 states have come together and are going to have a States Convention since congress refuses to listen to  us, Boehner passed a budget in Nov. funding Obamacare and Obama's illegal amnesty until Sept. before our newly elected members were sworn in and all but one South  Carolina's congressmen voted FOR it! Now Graham is pushing for funding HLS,knowing it will be voting against the Constitution. Government agencies never completely 'close down' the essential workers [3/4] of them,have to  work and get paid later.
   Obama ,of course, intends to ignore the courts ruling. He thinks he is a dictator. He is the poorest excuse for a humanbeing God ever created ,with ice water in his veins, an arrogant Marxist that hates America and is trying to destroy everything good about it; our values,our culture,our healthcare, education and our freedoms. He was raised in a Communist Muslim home and agrees with ISIS and has gutted our military to leave us defenseless. He is following Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals' to overwhelm our government and bankrupt us with extended welfare and illegals.
   ALL States need to pass a law that there will be fines and a prison sentence for any illegal that votes!!! Obama intends to 'tax'[fine] Americans for not having Obamacare BUT give "refunds'  to illegals for up to 3 years even though they worked illegally and the employers should be going to prison. HLS has set up a hotline for illegals to call and file complaints about their 'treatment'  but there is no  hotline for citizens!!!
  Please see that  S.Carolina is  represented in the States Convention and  that no illegals can vote here as Obama and Holder want them to.
