Why do this county continue to use a company to repair roads that doesn't last no more than a year at 
best before they began to break down,or become a problem with a bunch of pot holes.Now take hwy 385
theirs has not a problem with this hwy since it was replaced.In the long run would the state profit
from this type of highway instead of keep replacing pavement roads like they are disposable highways
which cost the state more in the long run.
