Hello, Governor Haley. First, I want you to know I think you are doing an awesome job as Governor. Thank you.
I am writing to make a suggestion about repairing our highways. Put a toll booth on the Interstate highways that travel through South Carolina. Let the travelers passing through help pay to repair our highways. Give a discount to state residents. It just makes logical sense to let those who are using our highways help pay for their repair.
