I am wanting to speak with you about the injustice that is being practiced everyday in our Family Court system. I have been part of a legal case as a supervisior for visitation for almost 3 years. The justice system is a disgrace to men and their rights! The case I want to talk to you about is time sensitive, a father's parental rights are at stake! From the judges to the GAL, their is no excuse for what I have seen and heard myself! This is a "serious" issue. I have every intention to take this case as far as I need to. Mostly, men are the victims in these TPR cases becasue of limited financial resourses, court orders form judges that add even more financial difficulties and the mismanagement of scheduling court cases. These things have got to be investigated and regulated in some reasonable fashion! All of the issues that occur with the fathers, also affect the children involved! Why would any judge bastardise children when there is a father paying child support, wants to see his children and has faught to do so with every dime he had? I can show you one case where they should have TPR's but did not. In the case that I have been part of, they did TPR's but should NOT have! Absolutely night and day! I have never seen or heard anything like it! Please contact me as soon as possible! This is a Urgent matter! You will never believe the things I can tell you that is happening in our "justice system" and not just in Oconee County!  Thank you for your prompt attention.
