Over the years I have not seen any improvements to protect beautiful places from development. One very beautiful place that comes to mind is Cherry Grove at the boarder between SC and NC. As a kid I remember playing there, now there is a big ugly condo there. I also see many beautiful places in Georgetown SC that would be great places to be left natural and open to the public.
