Literally, everything. If this message doesn't carry across the Republican platform, it may be necessary to get Governors to take immediate action. On Oct 15, 2013, Sec. Kerry signed the U. N. Arms Trade Treaty. We cannot allow the senate to be lost to Republicans, especially the Tea Party members. In that treaty, if ratified by the Senate, it would give our 2nd Amendment rights away. The following is directly from the U. N. Website: Recommendation 14 Mission mandates, in particular on disarmament, demobilization and reintegration and security sector reform, should be designed on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of short medium and long term security needs. More integrated approaches need to be adopted, which would include the participation of relevant United Nations agencies providing support in these areas at the planning, mission and transition phases. In all instances, funding should accompany mandated activities.... The scariest term there is reintegration. It assumes that someone disarmed by the U. N. would be taken out of their community! Here is the UN website link: http://www.securitycouncilreport.org/atf/cf/%7B65BFCF9B-6D27-4E9C-8CD3-CF6E4FF96FF9%7D/s_2015_289.pdf Please raise Holy heck over this! The Arms Trade Treaty includes small arms and they already have a website for tracking those globally as well, all from the official UN website. Sincerely Yours, J. Keith Smith
