Moncks Corner man named DNR Law Enforcement captain

Captain Chuck Dial will be tasked with overseeing the management and supervision of inland and coastal recreational hunting, fishing, boating and commercial fishing activities. As recreational and commercial activities increase throughout Region Four, Dial’s position to supervise DNR law enforcement efforts and promote public safety is of great importance.
