I've been a member of SCV for many years and I would like to know where Gov. Hailey stands on the issue of the confederate flag on state house grounds. I voted for Gov. Hailey and plan on voting the same way again. We have compromise once by taking it down off the Capitol. I think it should stay where it is and it' s a part of all southern history. I think Gov. Hailey has done a great job.
