Yesterday a travesty was done to the citizens of this great country. The happenings in Arizona show the tyrannical injustices that takes place everyday in this country.Each and every individuals personal vote must be registered and heard.
Yesterday hundreds of thousands, if not a million plus votes in Arizona were not heard due to voter suppression. It is not clear if this was due to the Clinton campaign, the DNC, or possibly others. What is clear, is that people were robbed of their citizenry right to vote. A closed primary or caucus is an injustice to every citizen that lives within the borders of states that hold elections such as these.
It is time that we have a uniform primary system in America. Each state must switch to an open primary. Every citizen must be able to use their citizenry vote as they choose. Be them Democrat, Republican, Independent, or of another party, they must be able to use that vote. That individual voice to cast a vote for the candidate of their choosing.
No longer must we make citizens switch to the party of their candidate to allow them to vote. Each citizen of this land must be granted the right that is given to them to vote for who they see fit.
I and hundreds of thousands if not millions call upon you to change the process in which elections are held within each state. Every state must vote by the same rules. Every state must be an open primary to allow the vision of our founding fathers to be realized.
We all believe in the democratic process to elect officials, do you? Do you have the intestinal fortitude to bring this bill to your state's house and senate? Remember one thing, you are all elected officials by us, the American people. We can take that away as fast as we gave it to you.
