Dear Governor Haley,
I am writing to urge you to move
forward on developing a state plan to
comply with the Environmental
Protection Agency's (EPA) Clean Power
Plan.This action is essential to
move SC forward to the future of
energy independence in the 21st
century.
While the courts do their due diligence by reviewing the
Clean Power
Plan, I strongly encourage you to ensure our state powers
ahead on
developing plans to act on climate change by limiting
heat-trapping
emissions and transitioning to renewable
energy.
