Dear Governor Haley, I took the Constables training last November and failed the test the first time I took it by a few points. I went back and took it again but did worse. My problem was that I had severe back problems. I was in so much pain I couldn't concentrate, it was even hard for me to set in the chair.

I had surgery this year to fix the problem. I had a double fusion and the pain is all gone. I had to use a credit card to pay $600 to take the training. I am still paying on that card and can't afford to pay another $600 this year. I was hoping you might look at my test results and see if it would be possible to go ahead and appoint me as a Constable. I know I am asking a lot but I know I would be a great Constable. 

I also believe that the state Constables could help protect our schools and this would be a great use of them and they would be able to put in their required time.

Please consider my request. I will except your decision in this matter.
