Dear Madam Governor,
I commend you for the designation to be the next US Ambassador at the UN albeit Permanent Representative. I offer my services to be a senior adviser to you in your new job. I have served at the UN in several positions from middle to senior levels and have a thorough knowledge of the organization. The following provides basic info about my background and qualifications.
My name is Frank Owarish. I did undergrad, grad and doctoral studies in leading French Universities, did a research fellowship at the University of Manchester, UK. I completed  the post graduate diploma in international law and international relations at the Hague Academy of International Law. I also completed a doctorate in international business and another in computer science at US universities. Have worked at the United Nations HQ from middle to senior positions inc that of Director of Training and in that capacity led and conducted training/briefing for delegates at the UN all levels. I have been teaching at CUNY, Devry University, Berkeley College in several subjects including International Relations, International Law, International Business. Was an informal adviser to the Trump Team during his campaign.
