I have written everyone I know... The presidential pardon is only for federal convictions... I was convicted on the state level for breach of trust and served time... because of this non violent felony I cannot own or possess a gun to defend myself... I am needing guidance on where to appeal this.. Why are non violent felonies, not involved in a "crime" per say that is aggressive in any way, not get their gun rights restored? In the world we live in today, to be unprotected is a terrible situation... As I stated, the president sent me the packet but I was not charged a federal crime... only state level and I am NOT ASKING FOR A PARDON.. I do not need a pardon... I only need to find out HOW to fight this and get my gun rights restored??
